Cellulose powder, potato starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, peppermint oil.

Dosage, Route and Duration of Administration:

How often, how and when should you take Remifemin ® ?
Unless otherwise prescribed take 1 tablet unchewed twice a day (one in the morning and one in the evening) with some liquid (no sucking) .

How long should you take Remifemin ® ?
Remifemin ® does not reveal its action immediately. First therapeutic effects can be seen after 2 weeks of treatment. As the results of treatment even improve further on prolonged administration, Remifemin ® should be given over a longer period but not longer than 6 months without medical advice.

Side Effects:

Occasionally gastric disorders.
